A romantic night out, dinner and music with the family. Christmas time is the mist beautiful time of year to visit, but don't limit your visits to just around the holidays. Favorite drinks are the Ghost Cat & Old Fashioned.

Solid food, good service, fantastic atmosphere, especially if you catch some live music! Ghost Cat is an absolutely legendary must-try of a drink, espresso martini very nice as well. Baked brie another-must-try, Brussels sprouts also very good. Have to admit, for about 20 each, would've hoped for more out of the meat and cheese boards, but not bad. Cavalier Gin and Tonic and Judy and Liz cocktails okay, a little dryer if that's your taste. Impressed with the good service amongst the chaos of a busy Saturday evening - just grab a seat anywhere and the waiters will be doing their best to help you out.

After dinner we stopped in this beautiful bar on the way out for a night cap. Service was excellent. The seating is cozy, comfy, and intimate. The entire place is simply beautiful! It’s similar to a lobby bar, but slightly off from the lobby. Highly recommend stopping in for a drink!

If your looking for an exceptional way to celebrate Thanksgiving, the Cavalier Hotel is the place to be. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this would be a memorable experience. The hotel was stunningly decorated, creating the perfect holiday backdrop for family photos we’ll treasure for years to come. Ambiance: The holiday atmosphere was magical, with live classical music enhancing the elegant setting. Guests dressed beautifully, which only added to the festive charm. Service: The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and seamless throughout the evening. Every detail seemed carefully orchestrated to make the event special. Food: The culinary offerings were a highlight. The seafood bar, featuring shrimp and oysters, was a standout. Salads, appetizers, and carving stations were equally impressive, showcasing a variety of flavors and high-quality ingredients. The drinks were thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. The only slight disappointment was the dessert selection. While the options were tasty, they lacked traditional Thanksgiving staples like pumpkin pie, which would have completed the experience perfectly. Overall, the Cavalier Hotel delivered an unforgettable Thanksgiving celebration. The beautiful setting, exceptional service, and outstanding cuisine (desserts aside) made it a truly special event. I’m already looking forward to returning next year and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a festive and elegant holiday experience.

My grandmother and I love finding places that do tea time, and The Raleigh Room at The Cavalier did not disappoint! The ambiance was fantastic with beautiful decor and a live pianist. The food and tea were scrumptious, but the best part for me, aside from spending time with my grandma, was our server, Jared! He was knowledgeable, attentive, made perfect pairing suggestions, and had the most bubbly personality that made you feel like you could be his bestie! 10000/10 would return and recommend tea time at the Raleigh Room for everyone.

While in town, we decided to do teatime at the rally room at the historic cavalier. It was phenomenal. Jerad was our waiter, and he was very personable and polite. He was very knowledgeable on the tea and all of the pastries. The pastries and treats were to die for. You can definitely tell that they are made with love. If you’re in town, I recommend you stop by and have teatime. Make sure to have their signature tea, Cavalier black and vanilla.

Love this place very Victorian! They had a cellist playing! I ordered the white strawberry tea. It was delicious. I will definitely come back

Haven’t been for a high tea here, as I only got to know only recently that they serve it, will be coming back to try it out I usually swing by the Raleigh Room when I either visit Becca or The Hunt Room, and there is one drink I always get here - the Ghost Cat - whoever created it - thank you Update: finally made it to the high tea Amazing experience! Our server was so sweet - it was her 1st day working on her own and she was super professional
